NodeJS client
@pumpo5.dev/core is a NodeJS/Playwright client for the same test farm that the Java Pumpo#5 client talks to. It is
a separate package, published from a separate repository
(pumpo-number-five-nodejs), and
does not aim for full feature parity with the Java client - see Coverage below for what is and is not
available today.
Why a separate client
Some teams already have a Playwright-based test suite and want to reuse Pumpo#5's test farm (and, since Driver8, its non-browser capabilities) without switching to Java. Session creation against the farm follows the same WebDriver protocol either way, so the two clients can target the same farm side by side.
